Default 6th day of phase 1....
I truly can not believe how well I am doing with this & how great I feel !!
My blood glucose levels are better than ever also ( I am type 2 diabetic, diet controlled,no meds.)

I NEVER thought I would actually like eating Boca burgers or egg beaters...lol..
but all in all, this is really working for me
