Hi...I'm new to this site and new to Fat Smashers..I'm on day 2 and confused about the yogurt..can we have non-fat blended yogurt or yogurt with fruit on the bottom like Dannon??
Any help or guidelines would be greatly appreciated...
BTW..I know what you all mean by the coffee headache!! I am in major caffeine withdrawl...but I am trying to stick it out!!!
