So after doing my own little diet thing and losing 20lbs getting happy and gaining back 10 of it I decided to try something different.

I saw Dr. Ian on Tyra's show where she had the "DIET WARS". His whole everything (demeanor,philosophy etc) really appealed to me so I went out 2 days ago and bought the book. After reading it and gathering all types of recipes I am ready to start this "lifestyle change".

I'm really amped about this and can't wait to start Monday. Also I'm looking for any buddies who want to take the journey with me.

My boyfriend and I are also starting FS on Monday July 16th. I would love to have a buddy online to help me get through the tough times. I will be excited to see how the journey goes! Good Luck!!!!

I just bought my book yesterday. Yeah!! I also cleaned out my cabinets and ice box last night. I am going to be buying groceries today.

Hey everyone I just went shopping and got all my "supplies". As much as I love fruits and veggies I don't think I have ever had this many in my fridge at the same time.

OK, I'm baaaaack. Don't know why I fell away, but I felt so good on FS Phase I...tomorrow works for me. I am picking fresh, homegrown raspberries; I could live on them..Glad to be part of the pack.

I think it would help me to see what others are eating. Are you all doing FS or EFS?

This has been my morning so far:
2 TBSP sunflower seeds (unsalted and roasted)
30 min workout
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 orange
LOTS of water

I would love to join this group too, This program looks VERY doable to me, I've tried being vegetarian along with my daughter, back in April. I was able to go until we went on vacation, then messed up. So detox is only 9days, no problem!!!

Hey everyone...so this is the first morning of the journey to the new me!

I like the idea of posting our menu's too!. I guess we could either post them in this thread or in the "daily/weekly check in" thread.

So far this morning I had oatmeal with blueberries
1 cup of mint tea (no sweetner)
I'm about to eat a fruit salad (mango,kiwi,blueberries,lime and pink grapefruit) I prepared last night and I'm not sure what I want for lunch.
Also I'm drinking lots of ice cold water.

I'm also going to be posting pics of the foods I eat (for the visually inclined) in my 3FC diet blog if anyone wants to check that out too!
