Can you use 1 or 2 % milk instead of low-fat milk? I just don't know if I can handle the low fat stuff.

Thanks!

I think that the diet calls for either low-fat, skim or soy .Try using Soy milk, I am allergic to milk and i thought that Soy Milk was going to be the nastiest thing in the world, but believe it or not it's pretty good to me. So maybe you can try that and see how it works.

Is it okay to use fat free milk? The thing is, I have WIC and I can only get 1%, 2%, fat free, or whole milk and if I can use one of them rather than buying it, it would be a whole lot better.

I think fat free (skim) or 1% is OK - since you can have low-fat yogurt and low-fat salad dressing!
