Hi!
I lost 9 pounds so far. I just started phase 2 yesturday, but I am going to just stick to a combination of phase 1 and 2 until I lose most of the weight I want to. I am going to continue to increase my exercise though.
You should watch Celebrity Fit Club on VH1. They follow the Fat Smash Diet and they have amazing results! Many of them lose 30 + pounds in 100 days.

Good luck!!

For me, I never have the motivation up front. I find that motivation appears after I exercise and diet and see that it works, then I am more motivated to continue and to work harder.

I'm on day 7 if phase 1 and as of this morning I have lost 7lbs. So I am doing the biggest happy dance right now. After you get past the first 2 or 3 days, I think your fine. It's just that adjustment period. I am motivated now to keep on going. Good luck to you!

I started P1 on May 15 and have lost 28 lbs so far. I've stayed pretty much on P1 (with a couple of slip-ups ) because I have so far to go. I absolutely love FS! I find it very easy to follow. I've tried so many other plans before that I've lost track, but if I can follow this one anyone can.

Good luck and keep us updated on your progress!

Just came back to brag a little - I hit a total of 30 lbs lost this AM!! I realize that I am probably losing faster than many of you "skinny-mini's", but I truly believe in this program. Keep on going and thanks for listening!

Hi - I'm waiting for my book to arrive from Amazon. I have been reading the forums and I can't wait to get started. Are there any rules on how long you should stay in each of the phases? I have 70 pounds to lose and want to make sure I do it the right way.

It depends on which FS you are doing. The regular I think is 9 or 10 days to each phase and then EFS is 7 days to each phase. Your supposed to follow each phase one after the other on EFS and then mix it up so your body doesn't get used to the same thing. I'm on phase 3 of EFS for the first time. Not sure if I will go back to Phase 1 or Phase 2 once I'm done with this week.

**Okay, I just pulled out my book for the regular FS and phase 1 is 9 days, phase 2 is 3 weeks and phase 3 is 4 weeks. Much different than the EFS, but much less strict in the foods too.
