Hey guys, I'm on Day 2 of Phase 1 and I keep saying "detox, detox"... trying to convince my body to get rid of the yucky stuff that's inside. Careful not to get sick while on the detox phase! Make sure you get your protein. Also, vegetable soups are always comforting to me. Hey, I've only been doing this for 2 days and I'm already excited to have meat, cheese, eggs and cereal in Phase 2. Keep up the great work everyone!
