Question phase 1: day 2

[FONT="Comic Sans MS"]i'm on phase 1: day 2. anybody else still in phase 1. since phase 1 is 9 days long, in how many days will you start to see a difference in your figure, since you can't weigh yourself until day 10 which is (day 1 of phase 2)?[/FONT]

Glad to see I'm not the only one going through Phase 1. I'm on day 3 & even though I was not supposed to weigh, I did yesterday. I just had to know if I was going through all of this for a reason! And I was already down 2 pounds (probably all water).

I don't know if you'll actually see much of a change in such a short time frame. My body fluctuates so much that I can't tell if I've gained or lost 10 pounds.

Hang in there with me! We can do this!

I cheated this morning and looked at my scale I'm starting day 4 and I've lost 4lbs so far.
I'm trying to find inventive ways to exercise. I had ankle surgery 4 weeks ago so its making it a little difficult.

Congrats on the 4 pound loss! As for exercize, does biking hurt your ankle? What about swimming? Do you have a pool near by?

I would think as long as you have some kind of movement going for you, it's better than nothing. You can only do what you can, right?

How Phase I going for ya?

Hey guys, I'm on Day 2 of Phase 1 and I keep saying "detox, detox"... trying to convince my body to get rid of the yucky stuff that's inside. Careful not to get sick while on the detox phase! Make sure you get your protein. Also, vegetable soups are always comforting to me. Hey, I've only been doing this for 2 days and I'm already excited to have meat, cheese, eggs and cereal in Phase 2. Keep up the great work everyone!
