So I have been lurking for a few days, reading the different posts,
and I was very confused. I didn't know exactly how to start or more exactly
what to eat, how much or how.
I'm the kinda person who needs a lot a help at first and then once I'm on a roll I'm good.
I saw there was a lot of information but maybe too much for me to be able to structure something for myself.
Even though I read that some of you felt it was a waste of money I decided to subscribe to celebrityfitclub.com just for one month. And I am really happy I did.
It gave me my phase one meal plan with a grocery list to boot as well as a load of recipes to go with it.
Since my subscription will go into phase 2, I will also get as much info for that as well as recipes and meal plans.
I have save my meal plan because who knows, if I need to do it over again (hopefully not

)
If anybody would like to see the meal plan and recipes, I am more than willing to share that info, just pm me.
It really gives a great direction and ideas.
