Post I'm new. Now What?!

Hey everybody,
I was looking for info on the Fat Smash Diet and was directed to this site. It looked like something that would be helpful so here I am. here's the problem. I'm and getting fatter by the minute. I'm at my heaviest weight ever and want to change it. I've re-joined the gym and go regularly (4 days a week). I'm getting heavier because I'm including weight training in my activities. The muscles are there but they're covered in fluff. I pretty much know what I need to do but can't seem to get properly motivated. Im more confused than anything else My B'Day is in September and I don't want to look as I do now. Any body willing to kick my butt into gear? All advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

Ok, angie, consider your butt kicked. Now can you kick mine? I started out to lose 10 pounds by my b-day and did that in 2 weeks with EFS. Now my birthday week (that's right, used the whole week as an excuse) is gone and time to get back on track. Started back on cycle 1 today and so far so good. Not even hungry and drinking lots of water. We can do this!!

Hey lady,
Congrats on your weight loss so far. I'm gonna do this but I'm gonna have to use a lot of will power at work. I take my meals to work most nights but as soon as someone says "pizza", I cave in. To make itr worse, starting tomorrow, I will be on a twelve hour shift from 7pm to 7am. I guess I need to go ahead and get the book and quickly find grocery store so I can fight the "eatin' out" demons that I will face at work. Wish me luck
