Default Salad dressing

So I get to start P2 tomorrow (HOORAY!!) and I am dying for a salad with 'real' dressing on it. Something like light italian. Anyone know if we are actually allowed this in P2? THANKS!!

ECCurly, per the book we are allowed 2tbs of fat-free dressing per day on P2.

As per the book, you can have light salad dressing in phase one.
On page 19 under Food Preparation for Detox phase:

"...You're allowed 3 tablespoons of low-fat dressing on your salads...."

In phase two, that amount gets lowered to 2 tbs per day.

Darn skippy it is. 3 tbs is enough for my huge salad.
