Hello everyone. I thought I would start a new thread on what we are eating today, feel free to post your menu!
Mine:
B: 1 c. of cooked oatmeal w/ a packet of splenda
mandarin orange
S1:1c lowfat vanilla yogurt with strawberries
L: Vegetable soup, and a nectarine
S2: baby carrots, and kiwi slices
D: veggie chili and 2c of brown rice
S3: frozen grapes
