I lost 16 pounds doing the 9 days of detox. I did do 2 hours of cardio 6 days a week as well. Burning approx 1,300-1,600 calories in each session.
Remember it's not a
diet but a
lifestyle change. You don't need to do 2 hours a day to see results. Start with a walk after dinner and build from there!
