Well, I was doing so well...then this weekend I was just terrible. Something about football and snacks gets me everytime. So....back on track today. Phase 1. I have to stay focused.

Football snacking got me too! why must people bring cookies and chips?!? And for some reason I feel the need to eat them even when there is fruits and veggis hmm...and then I blew yesterday too not sure my reasoning in that but thank goodness this is a new day!
