I am officially making Monday my weigh in day. I weighed in today at 210.

I hope to lose at least 6 lbs of detox. That is how much I lost the first time I did it. Don't get me wrong... I would take a bigger loss, too. lol.

I'm afraid that I crashed and burned!! I've regained some weight

But .....tomorrow I'm back in Phase 1!!!

I'll weigh in truthfully in the morning and make a fresh start!!

I did really good. Today is day 2 for me. It seems easier than it did before. I guess it is because I have a specific goal in mind this time. I need to lose 30 lbs so that I can get PG. I have PCOS and in order for my cycles to return to normal.. I need to lose weight. I want another baby really bad. My desire for another child is stronger than my desire to eat everything I can find. I am pretty much obsessed with ttc. lol. But, my obesession is going to help me lose this weight.

Hey guys, I started Fat Smash today....Detox! So I'm at 199, lol I went to bed at 200 and woke up at 199! Sounds good to me! I can't wait to weigh in next monday!

Hi Tinky!

Welcome! I always weigh less in the mornings. lol. Not when I first wake up, either. About 9:30 or 10 am is when I am at my lowest weight.

Come and join us on the weekly support thread. I have found that checking in and posting about my day really helps me stay motivated.

this is my first day in phase one so I guess as I progress in the phase I will weigh in...I am trying right now to get my self in the mood to exercise. I have triplets so as soon as I get home they want all of my attention so I have to try and sneak in a 30 min work out
