I cheated- do I add a 10th day?
It is the night of my 4th day of phase 1. Today was difficult b/c I work in a restaurant and for a giant coorporate coffee company which I shall not name (try going to work at 4:30 a.m and not having a drop of caffiene!).
Anyways, I had 2 bites of chicken tonight and now i am enjoying a cocktail- ketel one on the rocks (cheating but in a good way??!!). Should I add a day or two to phase 1? I don't weigh myself - my weight fluctuates and I measure my success by how my clothes fit. I also ate a tofu hot dog for lunch today! Wow, this sounds worse than I thought!
I love the plan and am impressed by the will power I never knew I had! I guess I'm just looking for support . . .
