I cheated- do I add a 10th day?
It is the night of my 4th day of phase 1. Today was difficult b/c I work in a restaurant and for a giant coorporate coffee company which I shall not name (try going to work at 4:30 a.m and not having a drop of caffiene!).
Anyways, I had 2 bites of chicken tonight and now i am enjoying a cocktail- ketel one on the rocks (cheating but in a good way??!!). Should I add a day or two to phase 1? I don't weigh myself - my weight fluctuates and I measure my success by how my clothes fit. I also ate a tofu hot dog for lunch today! Wow, this sounds worse than I thought! I love the plan and am impressed by the will power I never knew I had! I guess I'm just looking for support . . . |

I guess it is up to you how you handle your cheats. I always add a few days onto the end of detox when I cheat and drink tons of water so hopefully the cheat food won't hurt me. I have learned a few small cheats won't destroy your detox but mine are food, not alcohol so I am not sure how that will affect detox. Maybe you can add in some extra cardio or something if you are working out. Good luck. Lem |
Hmm...not sure. I ate some chicken and bacon on a salad from a restaurant. I may add an extra day, I really don't think it hurt me that much though. Good luck.
