Help from the Pro's
I am on day 2 of detox. Just wondering if my menu sounds right to any of you pros:
Yesterday:
Meal 1: about 1 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 grapefruit
2: apple, 1/2 grapefruit, about 4 carott sticks
3: 2 cups brown rice
4: Banana, grapes
5: Tomato (recipe fron the book), spinich
oatmeal cookie for snack
Today so far:
1: 1 grapefruit
2: 2 cups brown rice, banana
4. Vegie Soup ( recipe from book. but w/ corn, onion, green beans and carotts).
is this right????
