Default Fat Smash as a Transition to Veganism?

Hey Guys,

Ive been considering doing Fat Smash for a long time as a transition to veganism (A diet that excludes all animal products including dairy and eggs). I know that except for yogurt phase one is essentially vegan and I thought this might be a good way to launch into the new lifestyle.

So I guess my question is do you find your diet is composed of mostly plant based food even in the later stages?

thanks!

I think it would be a good transition diet. However, the diet incorporates more meat, cheese, and egg as it progresses through the stages. You don't necessarily have to eat more meat, cheese, and egg in those stages. I choose to mostly stick with phase 1 with a little phase 2 here and there. I can't give up my egg whites or occasional salmon...but otherwise I have switched mostly to soy and veggies exclusively.
