Cabbage Rolls
10 large green cabbage leaves
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Cup of shredded Carrots
1/2 Cup of Onion
1 Lime Juiced
1 TBSP Chives
Cracked pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
Chopped FirmTofu or Cooked Brown Rice 2 cups of choice or Both
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Steam cabbage leaves untill soft but not fragile enough to tear when picked up. About 10 minutes in the commercial steamer
3. Combine all other ingredients in bowl.
4. Spoon mixture into soft cabbage leaves wrapping like a blanket.
5. Put into a covered baking dish and bake for 30 minute.
