P1 Chili

  • Can of dark red kidney beans, well drained AND rinsed
    Can of black beans, well drained and rinsed<these need alot of rinsing>
    Can of diced tomatoes, and only tomatoes, rinsed
    can of tomato puree<only tomatoe, nothing else>
    1 onion
    1 clove of garlic
    Chili seasoning

    Mix in pot, combining to desired thickness. I make mine with alot of juice lately and serve it with 1 cup brown rice. For my kids who arent doing this, I use some of the juice in the pan, and sautee them some boneless/skinless chicken breasts, shredding when done and topping their chili and rice with chicken. This freezes well in individual serving sizes. And it's YUMMY.
