Well i used the old standby of pilates and it didnt hurt my legs as much as i thought. My legs are SO sore today from my core secrets ball that i could barely sit down in my office chair at work...they were shaking. So i didnt think i could do the pilates but it worked out pretty well.
I have done the walking at the mall, back when i didnt work outside the home and i like it, it was a great way to kick start my day. At night, for some reason, it just seems to0 hard to get there. Kids with school work, dishes to be done, wash to be done...i just never seem to get around to it.
I should have done the swimming but, oh well. maybe tomorrow.
