Just checking in to see of there are any C25K runners here (I know there are some). Was just wondering:
1.) What week/day are you on?
2.) Are you repeating a week?
3.) How do you feel?
4.) Will you move on next week?
5.) Tell us your thoughts.
6.) Are you taking extra time off to recover?
7.) Do you have any advice for anyone thinking about starting?
I am just on W1D3. Everything is going pretty well. I am sore tonight, but that's my own fault, I went way farther than I should have. Do you adhere to the times that the training program suggests?
