Yes, I am loving the treadmill!

For the last five days I have been walking every morning for 30 minutes. It is so nice seeing your time, speed, distance, and calories displayed on the monitor. I like the fact that my speed is now constant the entire 30 minutes. Outside I was speeding up and down trying to avoid pot holes. Additionally, as my fitness is improving, I am gradually increasing my speed. I originally started super slow because of my injury (1.6mph) and five days later I am up to 2.6mph. In a week or two, I may be practically flying! LOL
