Last night:

5 mins walking for warmup, 59 mins elliptical (4.3 mi).
I should have just done that last minute, huh?
It was kinda killing me toward the end.

Susan:
Thanks...it's the only exercise I can halfway stand so I'm going to stick with it for now. And, if I didn't have my ipod and some rockin tunes, I wouldn't be able to make it! It's my hour of the day to hang out with myself and listen to music...

Thanks,

Ah, yes! The power of music. Really helps doesn't it?
We will forgive you the one minute. Congratulations on admitting that you were a minute short. I fear that some folks think they're fooling somebody when the round up.

I biked 5.6 kms today. Much nicer weather. I still was pushing wind but a little more exertion probably won't hurt me.

Welcome dustcatcher!

I'll have to change my sig because I didn't get my 1/4 of my 100 kms done last week. I'll go biking in a few minutes here and try to do better this week.

Ilene - I wish I could say I just ran 5k!!! That's awesome!

I don't usually exercise on the weekends, but I did have a softball scrimmage game today. First game is Friday.

Thursday and Friday I did one hour on the elliptical.
On Thursday night, I reached a goal of hitting 10,000 strides in an hour - it ended up being 4.8mi....but now I would like to hit 5 miles in an hour. I might take a while.

I'm really frustrated because I gained 2.6 pounds at weigh in on Saturday...and after all that exercise. My food was okay. I think it was because I was feeling bloated (my first TOM since starting WW). And my leader asked me if I had eaten soy sauce the day before and I had - I ate Chinese stir-fry on Friday. I had a good week and it's just so frustrating. How can you gain that much in a week?

So I'm going to just do my hour of cardio every day again this week and see what happens. I hope it all comes right back off.

Girlie -- If TOM is there and you had soya sauce don't fret too much about it, just keep at it...

4 kms today. I stopped to talk with my neighbour. He thinks I should raise the seat on my bike. Says that it's too low and that's hard on my knees. Any thoughts anyone?

Newbie here.

I did 20 minutes on the elliptical today (vs my normal hour)
And danced around with the kiddo for a half hour or so.

My goal for this week is to be active every day...and hit the gym at least 2 more times.

Did 30 minutes on the rebounder (alternating one minute as fast as I could with two minutes more moderately) and 30 min strength training with my stability ball / resistance tube combo. My abs might be very mad at me tomorrow.

Oh my gosh folks we're laggin here!

I like mad abs. I feel like they're still using calories the next day

I've been spending some time redecorating but that uses calories. My biking is falling behind. I'll try again today.
