I need some help with finding some toning exercise that work on specific problem areas. Honestly, my worst problem are my upper arms, they are huge and I can never seem to find anything that works.
You cannot spot reduce certain areas by exercising them more. What you first and foremost must do is lose the fat on top of the muscle, once that is done the muscle will POP... So keep eating right, doing your cardio and your wieght training and things will improve...
