Everyone is doing a GREAT job with their walking! Keep up the good work ladies! :carrot:

I have been walking, just not posting it here like I guess I should. I do have it in my signature and change it daily when I walk. Today I did 1.5, yesterday I got in 3 miles. So doing pretty good myself.

Had major errands to run today. Only did 1.15 miles on my treadmill. Will have much of the day to myself tomorrow, so I'll put in some serious mileage again then.

Wow you guys are racking up the miles!!! I didnt get my walk in last nite cuz i had a bad tummy....:(
but they are calling for it to be 70 today!!! and i am gonna get out there after work and get my stroll on!!!

I did the 4 mile Super Challenge this morning while I have the house completely to myself! Check out my signature!!!! I'm walking away the pounds!

I added 20 minutes on the treadmill--1.18 miles more!

ahhhh 78 degrees .. just last week i awoke to 29 degrees ... gotta love it... tho i hear the 30's are comming back next week!

got out got some sunshine & 3 miles! i might even go another 3 later this evening!

Buddha its 80 today... (sowwy) but the weatherman says back to the 30's by wednesday! I took the day off from work today... and me and my walking partner got out there and did 4 miles!!

I'm doing 10 miles this week if it kills me. :p I totally feel like I slacked off last week. I need to get going again, one way or another, and my cardio/aerobic stuff needs to start taking a priority to playing around with the weights.

So, the goal for this week is 10 miles. :woops:

Way to go Lesa & Michele :cheer: The weekdays are harder for me as well.. when i get off work i am mentally drained... but if i make myself get out there i feel so much better... Iv'e been trying to make myself get in bed by 9:30 and setting the alarm so i can walk before work .. but it just isnt happening :lol:
I get up by 6:30 but i must not come to life till about 10 hehehe..

I took today off. I'm still feeling my weight lifting from yesterday, but I did spend an hour on the treadmill yesterday. I plan to hoof it some more tomorrow.

have u guys seen any change in your weight since upping your walking? It really seems to have helped me.. i was stuck for a while and now i am losing again.. i guess it really does help to change up your type of exercise..

Yes, curlylocks I have had changes in my weight. I lost 3 when I weight in on Tuesday then day before yesterday I got on the scale and lost 2 more pounds but, don't want to push it I will get back on the scale Tuesday to see if I maintain that weight lost. But, the walking does help me alot. :)
