hey buckaroo. i totally agree with susanne, you will get used to the excersize. even though i really do hate ot have to do it, i notice a big improvement in my mood when i do and when i don't excersize. before i started excersizing, i was depressed and didn't even clean my house for months. (nothing more than i had to anyways.) but when i started excersizing, i had the energy to clean mine and go to my sister in laws house and get her motivated and her kids to start cleaning their house. i started tackleing projects at my home that i just did not have the will power or care to do. when i stopped excersizing, my moods started changing again and i became very depressed. now that i am excersizing again, i am happy again. (weird huh??) so i keep trudgeing along on the excersizing path to bring me health and happiness.
just keep trudging along and you will reap many wonderful benefits!!
