I spent over 7 hours in a car today! UGH! So I did do back and bi's and some hoppin' boppin' cardio-ish stuff for about 55 minutes. Better than nothing.

I headed out to walk. I coulda handled the cold and I coulda handled the snow but the wind blew me right back in. So it was 40 minutes of Susan's boogying around the house with the mp3 player on instead.

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of TaeBo, today I did an hour of DDR. I haven't been working out (I hurt my knee) but I tested it yesterday and it was fine. Hope I'm not hurting too much tomorrow morning!
