Smile Watp

I was reading your posts, and I would like to tell you that I have had phenomenal success with the WATP series. I lost the first 45 or so pounds using WATP for abs (3 Mile) and the 4 Mile express. I have never been a big proponent of home fitness videos, but I would definitely recommend WATP because they do work. One of the things that I found surprising about using WATP was the amount of fat that I took off my midsection. If you consistently use these videos you will find that you will tone up, have more energy, and sleep restfully at night.Consistency is the key with WATP. Good luck to all that are using them, I have just started a new workout series called Turbo Jam and I LOVE it!

Sincerely,

Sub

Hi everyone ..can I join your group?...I've been doing the WATP for about 2 weeks I love it...I can feel it working out my hip area...I really like the walk & jog dvd it's 30 min but not sure how many miles..I dont think she says how far and there is no tracker on it...I also like her fat burning walk dvd..It has a strength and toning workout at the end..

Welcome Donna- I do believe she mentions that the walk and jog is 2 miles ( I might be thinking of walk and kick though.)

Yesterday I did 2 mile fat burning walk out( this is an older one and I like the different moves in it). I am still deciding what to do today.

How do these video's work?? I couldnt imagine walking 5 miles in my living room....obviously you can...but I was just wondering how they work...and for someone weighing 230 pounds....what would be a good video to start with....went to the g.i. doctor yesterday and found out that my good choles. is 40 and should be over 60....and the bad choles. is 125 and should be under 100....not to mention im so depressed and tired of being fat....my clothes are so uncomfortable....any input would be great...thanks.....

It's mostly walking in place. She varies the routine from time to time with sidesteps, low kicks, different arm movements, etc., but never anything complicated or dancey. The whole routine is designed so you can do it in a small space.

I did my walk & jog WATP today and she did say it was 2.5 miles and was about 31 minutes long..
I was also wondering if any of you use fitday and if you do what walking pace do you use for your WATP workouts?

Hi! I was just cruising around the website and found you all. I love the WATP tapes. Seems like some of you are really liking the 5 mile. I want to get that. I was wondering if anyone here has the Walkblaster? It looks like it would be a fun workout as well. I would like to join you all in March for walking if that's okay. Oh, my name is Cathy and I mostly post on the Jorge Cruise board. Look forward to talking with you all more.

Last week I did 5 hours of exercise (combination of walking and swimming). Thus far this week, I've done 2 hours and 45 minutes. Hope to keep doing it all week and all year!
