Thanks! Very cool! The site will send you reminders by email before the shows are on - that is a nice feature. I definitely want to check out the bhangra and bellydance. The afro-latin dance looked fun too, but it was a bit too fast for me at this point.
FrugalChick, I'm with you when you dance! Not really, but I discovered those workouts also, and I Tivo them to do the next day. I really enjoyed the Bhangra dance. The boot camp one, kicked my booty! I, also, am in rough shape but I'm working on that.
It's good I'm not alone in the 'not-so-coordinated/fit' chicks Makes me feel not so lonely.
Well, DH reset our DVR so I lost all my saved ASWs! So, I had to go back and redo the machine to set up Blaine's Low Carb Kitchen and All Star Workouts. But I will do one tomorrow because one recorded today, but it missed it somehow...
Oh, and these workouts, as far as I know are different each time...but there are several reruns.
I tried 3 different "all-star" workouts... well, lets just say I have no coordination at all! So I deleted them and quit recording it.
I do however, LOVE the butt-kicking I get from Gilad! It's on 2 times every day, Here it's on at 5am "body in motion w/ Gilad" and at 9:30am "body sculpt w/ Gilad" it's really the same show but different ones play at each time slot.
As soon as DH decides to set up our surround sound correctly and I'm able to use our VCR, I have a mess of videos to work through. Maybe I should try Gilad...I'll have to check him out. (Check his WORKOUT, out )
I'm so excited... I don't have FitTv and was moping for a couple of days about it, but then I did some searching. I found out that Discovery Health (which I do have) started showing the All Star Workouts today and will start showing them every week... you can check their website for the different schedules. Maybe if the ratings are high enought they'll show more. *crosses fingers since I can't get fittv anytime soon*

That's wonderful! See, we have basic extended cable, so we don't get DISCOVERY HEALTH. Glad it worked out for you....and I'll keep my fingers crossed for those high ratings!
Its actually quite challenging especially the hip hop dane!! I have Comcast and on the on Demand part (it is free there is an excercise section with ike 50 or more like dancing, cardio, yoga, etc. I have treid the belly dancing and it was fun today I tried the hip hop and couldnt last five minutes because I am a clutz!! I spent more time laughing at my self falling but hey I tried. It is fun!!!
I hope I'm not over stepping any bounds -- but I always laugh and say that I fit almost every single white stereotype out there -- especially the part where white people can't dance! LOL Okay, so, a lot of white people CAN dance...but THIS white person cannot
