A week ago, I tried belly dancing (a 190 lb woman belly dancing was quite the sight!
)Yesterday, I did a hip hop workout. It kicked my tail, too! I'm thinking I can't dance all too well
Today, I did an Indian dancing workout (Indian as in India, not Native American)
It was a lot of fun and about 98% of the moves I could do correctly!They are about an hour long, so once I fast forward through the commercials, I think I have a solid 40 minute workout. It goes by really fast though -- just trying to execute these moves correctly. I worked up a good sweat, I think...and I feel pretty good (although very sore...I think I'm the most OUT OF shape I've EVER been and that makes me very sad) BUT, I'm working to change that.

I want that channel so bad. I look forward to the day each month or so when they have they show the shows from fittv on the local cable's preview channel.
You gotta switch it up a bit!
