hi, everyone, I didn't get in the 7miles I wanted to log in today, but all was not lost. I did wash and sort laundry for 2hrs, and stood on my feet back and forth cooking dinner for today and my lunch for the next couple of days, so that was 4 long hours on my feet. I still have to finish with laundry and run to the store tonight. But I will definitely be back to walking tomorrow. WATP is the easiest program to do indoors and I will make every effort to get thru it tomorrow without and distractions. have a good night

Hi Everyone, I too did not get in near as much walking as I planned this weekend at least on the treadmill. I did go to the mall two times. Once yesterday where I parked at one end walked to the far end, then walked back then walked half way to the middle then back to get my car. I would be willing to bet it was another mile but I won't count it. Today I returned did not do as much walking but then went to Super Walmart for grocerys and parked really far. I did walk two miles on the treadmill this morning before church.

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! I didn't get any official walking in this weekend because I was busy moving. I think that hauling boxes and furniture up and down stairs was a pretty good workout, if I do say so myself :lol: Back to the walking program tomorrow!

Hi everyone! I haven't checked in for a while. I only have about 2.25 miles to report for January so far. I can't get and stay motivated. I finally put my shoes in my car so that I will walk at lunch. So hopefully I will have more to report this week. Sounds like everyone is doing good. Have fun hittin' the trails! :tread:

Well, I managed to get in two miles this morning :tread: Not so sure I will be able to get in anymore today. Tomorrow I have a very early morning meeting and will have to leave the house by 6:50 so I know getting up early at best I will only get in 1 mile and then we are going out in the evening for a friend's birthday. I might fall behind this week.:o

Good night/morning walkers! I am up LATE tonight! Anyway, I was able to get in four miles :dance: today/yesterday. (Since I moved this weekend, my concept of time is still a bit confused...) 13 miles to go for the month of January.

February is creeping up on me. I came down with strep throat and haven't had energy to do anything let alone get on the treadmill! I'm starting to feel better today though, so I hope to get my butt moving again tomorrow.

1 more mile last night which brings me to 68 for the month of January. 12 to go until I reach my goal of 80.

Oh My I just noticed that I did not report in yesterday, but it also looks like we have a lot fewer reporting in.

I managed to get in just one mile yesterday but did do 2 mile this morning. We have plans again tonight so already know I will not be able to get more miles walked today.
