... Did 5 sets of squats 15,12,10,8,6, starting with just the bar then adding 10# on each side every set ... step-ups super setting with bosu skipping ... one legged lunges ... one leg dead lifts ... then 10 minutes of walking lunges on the treadmill with a 7% incline ... I had to stop after 10 minutes because my knees were getting sore
... but with reason I think
.... So it was a good workout!
including actual running (as opposed to fast walking) for several minutes.
Hope to increase that time tonight.
tonight - and upped my running to 4 minutes!
- and higher weights on several exercises.
