Default Periodization results?

I have recently learned of this technique, buyt was wondering if anybody had tried this and what their results were?
Also could you give me an idea of what you did and for how many weeks?

I have heard but not read a lot about this technique, although I have been weight training heavily for 20 years, I have never tried this method. I will look it up though.
