Default Good Cardio Video?

I have been doing the same workout videos for years -- Buns, Thighs, and Abs of Steel. I've gotten results with those, but I'm bored. I'm ready for something different and I'm looking for something that's challenging. I'm focusing on burning fat, so I want something that's mostly cardio. I don't want something with too much toning or strength training. (I've got muscle, I just need to get rid of the fat it's hiding under! ) Anyone have a recommendation? Thanks for any suggestions!

Default Good Cardio Video

Hi there - I have had a lot of success with Karen Voight videos as well as Christi Taylor dvds. Christi has great ones that are cardio and step and the dvds usually contain additional cardio segments as well as move master to learn the steps. Good Luck!

Well, it depends on what you like. There are about a billion cardio videos that focus on all sorts of activities -- low-impact aerobics, step aerobics, intervals, latin dance, belly dance, kickboxing, tae bo, walking/marching in place, and on and on. There are videos I like but they might not match your style or preferences or abilities or current conditioning.

One thing I find helpful is to go to www.collagevideo.com and just start browsing. The staff evaluates every video they sell, and customers post reviews too. You can also view film clips online. They carry nearly EVERYTHING that's sold through regular retail. So, you can see what titles or types strike your fancy and go from there.

Just an FYI, I think Kathy Smith is one of the best video instructors out there. Her routines are always well put together and she is a stickler for form and the latest in exercise research. She has a wide variety of styles so you can't go wrong with picking her if you like the type of workout.

If you already like Tamilee Webb, why not check some of her cardio? You may like her Tighter Assets Cardio Blast and Tighter Assets Weight Loss. There are preview clips at Collage.

Hope that helps-
