Pilates!
Who loves pilates?! I LOVE pilates! I did 20 minutes today, and I was literally shaking afterwards. I had SOOOO much energy. Wooow. My abs...I felt GREAT. My arms were weak. I never even realized until after how great I felt.
And the best part? I had a migraine when I started. The endorphins got going, and it completely disappeared.
I'm HOOKED!
We have 3 Windsor Pilates tapes. Basics, 20 minutes, and 50 minutes. I can't weight to be able to work up to the 50 minutes one. Fun fun!
