I'm still here Sunny! Welcome to all the newbies;-)

I got in my 1 mile Leslie dvd today, i didnt do any yesterday, I planned too, but somehow never got it in. My goal for November is 25 miles, which is 5 more than my goal for October.

I really need to remotivate,.. not only in exercise, but in everything,.. blah just that kind of day, rainy too, so that doesnt help;-)

WOW! I still cannot believe it's November 1st today! Only 20 days left till I turn 19!! Whooooop! :lol:

My Goals for November

1st Goal~ Walk 25 miles!

2nd Goal ~ try to walk a mile in 12 minutes!


I'm excited! Scale hasn't moved for me yet but I'm sure it will this month!

I'm new too! I joined just a couple weeks ago. I love doing watps! Can I join your little group? I do do a spinning class on Tues & Thurs so I'll jump in for less miles than the rest of you. How about 40? Works for me! And if I do more well then that's a bonus!

OK, I will set a goal of 70 miles. Walked to and from work today (3+ miles). Also walked during two 15 minute breaks. (I'm not sure of that distance). I do have a pedometer, but the darn thing isn't working properly. I don't know if I reset it incorrectly, or if I just wore it out during the summer :D

P.S. Resisted leftover Halloween candy brought in by co-workers :dizzy:

Good to see you all out and moving. I WI at the Dr's today and I am up 10 from last year. I know how it got there now i have to focus on getting it off!

I did 3 miles on the eliptical and then my neighbor called for a walk and we did 4.5 together.
75-7.5 = 67.5 to go for November!

Well this month I plan on doing 100 miles. I should be able to do it this month. I hope that I have no setbacks. More then likely half of those will be running but that is still miles so I don't mind. So far today I walked 1 mile and ran 2.3 so I am at 3.3 for the month already.

After work, and walking 2 miles in the office, I did the 3-mile WATP workout with 3 lb weights. Yay!

Walked 1 mile today!
Did intervals of walking for 1 minute then jogging for 1 minute I worked up quite the sweat and felt great afterwards.

Took me 15 minutes and 20 seconds going to try to get it to 15 this week and 14 minutes next week.

Got in my mile of Leslie. I guess I will shower, wash the dishes and *maybe* try that yoga dvd, but I have MAJOR reservations about it:-P

Got in a short walk yesterday-man am I out of shape! Didn't realize how much till I got on that treadmill yesterday. Will record it at the end of the week, actually Monday since that is one full week of exercise. Going to go get a walk in later. I am not going to push myself but start out slow at first-too our of shape. But it is a start.

Hope everyone is doing good with their walking & WATP! Take care ladies. :wave:
