Generally speaking, sports such as swimming and running can lose weight.
How to exercise to lose weight fastest and most effectively?
(1). Jogging: Jogging can accelerate the burning of body fat and exercise the limbs of the human body.
(2).Jumping rope after jogging: It can increase the body's oxygen consumption and achieve the effect of rapid weight loss.
(3).Practicing yoga: This can reduce weight and regulate mood.
(4). Sit-ups or plate support: 20 minutes each time can reduce abdominal fat.
(5).Swimming: It can accelerate fat burning and help lose weight.

Ohh that is cool. I actually also do some face exercises to reduce my facial fat. If do in constantly aproximately 20 minutes a day u can see a really good results and become to look much younger. More info here : https://betterme.world/articles/how-lose-face-fat/.So can add it too!
