Aunty Jam - I love to see you challenging yourself like that, that is awesome.

Sorry I went missing for a few days, I've been having a rough patch as far as food goes. (A rough patch...it was only like 3 days!! And still feels like the world is falling down on me!!) But as far as fitness goes, I am right where I am supposed to be! I won't let myself down on that end of the spectrum, that's the promise that I made to myself at the beginning of September, and I refuse to let it down. Speaking of which -- only 7 DAYS left of the month! Let us be amazing!

Since the last time I posted (which apparently was two weeks ago whoops!) I've been walking for 30 min-1 hour every day. Also, I've been doing a short pilates session twice a week. I can't believe September is almost over!

^Nice job! It is crazy how fast this month has flown by. But honestly, I feel really good knowing that it wasn't wasted. We all worked hard this month!

Aunty Jam - Congrats !! Sometimes getting the scale to just start moving is the hardest part, but once it's rolling it just goes.

Well, I unfortunately missed my workout yesterday for another impromptu visit with the sisters. But those always trump a workout - I love my workouts, but I really love my sisters! lol Anywho, I made it up today and pulled double duty so I am still up-to-date on my program - I promised myself I wouldn't fall behind! And tomorrow is the last day of it, can't really believe I will actually have completed a program because I never have yet.

We are so close to the end of the month! You guys have really been such great company and I really enjoyed having a group of people to work alongside who were as excited to keep active as I was.

How do you guys feel? Accomplished, I hope. Making the commitment to be fit for 30 days is already a step up from making no action, even if you didn't get a single workout in this month. It all starts with the mentality! Thank you so much for joining me, I loved having you guys with me!
