I commit to striving towards being fit and will do the following in September:
1. Walk 45 minutes - 4/week
2. Strength training - 2/week
3. Uphill walking 30 minutes - 2/week

Irish dancing, that sounds like a fun way to get some movement in!

And, like I always say, something is better than nothing! At least you got out and did some walking.
I'm having a hard time too, that's why exactly why I made this challenge. I need something to push my forward. Glad to have you along!

Some days, I'm sure I'll need a good swift boot to the petute!
