Did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit last night - it is still tough!! But I pulled through!
I am finally able to do some of the jump/knee slaps... lol I forget what the move is called... but I really struggled with this when I first started

so yay!!
Hope you are ok getting back on track after that first day off -- I know I found it a bit hard to re-motivate myself for another 6 days.
Tomorrow is supposed to be my day off, but I seriously can't fit a workout in today, so I think I'll use my day off today and do today's workout tomorrow.
