4 months Progress of Exercise
So, I've been slowly increasing my exercise since January.
I've gone from doing nothing but walking around A LOT at work for a year to a ft sit down job.
In January I picked up a Trainer (weights) and started going ot her 30 mins twice a week.
I added in spin class once a week by mid February
Totally got derailed for 3 weeks or so when my bf abruptly broke up with me and did nothing and ate terribly the entire time, but once I got back into it I fully commited to this for hte last 3 weeks
Now I'm doing a Cardio/hands weights class 3x a week, Trainer weighs for an hr twice a week, spin class twice a week, yoga twice a week and pilates once a week.
Since January 15th I've lost 15 lbs of fat, gained 10 lbs of muscle and lost 9% body fat. I still have 15 - 20 lbs of fat left to go and need to add another 10 lbs of muscle to be where I want to be, but...progress!
