I hope you feel better MSEMDEE. Take some time and make sure you're all healed before you try and go out again.
I just re-did W6D3 and completed it! I tried to go further so I wouldn't come to that same "hill" with a minute to go as last time but somehow I was almost in the exact same spot at the 14 minute mark. This time I made sure I kept going and it felt really good to get that done with. I am worried about the 20 minute run on Wednesday though.

Very excited to get my first week under my belt! My plan is to run this Wednesday, Friday, and finish up W2 on either Saturday or Monday (depending on how I feel Saturday). Yay!
