Awesome Job Loseit!!! That crane pose is TOUGH. I can't even shove my knees into my forearms or whatever it is I'm suppose to be doing. I'm starting to think I should invest in a yoga block. Do you have one?
I missed Chest and Back today, my finals are all due next week and my back (aka my latissimus dorsi) was sore! I've never had that muscle be sore before! (from doing kenpo!) Tomorrow I'll get back on track with chest and back

lets hope the push ups are easier! eek!
