Day 28

Well for my day off...went wedding dress shopping, again. Went well. I didn't eat breakfast so we went out to eat and I had this rockin calzone and a beer to go with it.....Supper had egg drop soup. Had a glass of wine and a little desert thingy......So I have no idea what I did for calories!

But then, I was up till about 4, shitting my brains out 4 times. Well I should be cleaned out by now. It was needed, but I could have done without all the cramping. I didn't even take anything so I'm not sure if I had a bug or if my body just needed to flush. Either way I weighed 148.8 this morning LOL.

SO still failing hardcore on the workouts. He's caught a cold now, and I am hoping not to catch it too.

Day 29

Ate up to 1170. A good chunk of that was red wine and hot chocolate! I really didn't eat too much.

No workout, fiance is sick...I went to walmart, and that was a workout LOL. So hoping to stay healthy so I may try to get a workout in before he gets home from work cause he won't be working out for a few days for sure.

Day 30

1870 calories. No exercise. Major fail! If it isn't one thing it is another. I now have a weird pain in my side...all day long. Left lower abdomen. I think it is my intestines..

Day 31

Went to doctor today. He gave me meds for IBS-C...so if that works for me then I probably have IBS...lovely. Although it could explain why I am rarely regular. So they sent me for bloodwork and Xrays. The doc also wants me to collect samples...ewww! gross.

Anyways I lost track after 1400ish.........alas. Fail. Been drinking too much calories lately!

As far as exercise goes, the doc says I can, but I think any jumping, running, or situps my irritate my sore spot. So I will try to get back into at least lifting this week or more if the pain subsides!

Superbowl sunday.......had breakfast and a banana....but then after the party started several drinks, nachos, chicken, and a brownie...........yum. But fail none the less! The scale reflected this poor weekend!

Day 34

No workout again, still on light duty. Ate about 1510 calories..more than I wanted, but an oopsy calorie overdose at Sams club (samples...seriously Jimmy Dean!?) and then I ate one of my brownies put me 300 over what it should have been! Oh well.

Alas now I think I am catching what my fiance had...partially stuffed up, sore throat.

I just can't seem to stay ahead!

On another note I am going to introduce some new suppliments as recommended by a coworker/EMT. It is D3, Omega 3-6-9, and coQ10...suposed to work together and be really good for digestive health, and immunity. I hope so, they were expensive!

1470 calories........................no workout

Started the D3, Coq10, and Omega 3s....took a nap after getting home, which was good. And got to bed early!

1500 calories, no workout. Got very plugged up...finally went late at night, not enough...then the next day..lots more and destroyed work toilet lol

Day 37-45

Well I was doing good with the calorie counting, but damn did I just kill everything!

The only thing I am still doing is taking the suppliments on a daily schedule.

Anyways I have been back and forth to doctors. Nobody knows ****. So I have a CATSCAN this Monday, and won't get the results until the following monday. The pain is still there, and it comes and goes.

I have been using fear as an excuse to not workout, thinking it will hurt my side even more. Alas today I have to do PT so we will see how it goes.

Come this Monday I really got to crack down on the calories again. Maybe, start working out again...depending on how today goes.

Sigh, so much for keeping on track!

Days 46-49

Still no exercise. Did my catscan on Monday. That **** they gave me was awful and I shat myself silly afterwards. So no results till Monday. I have been counting again the last couple days and been under 1500, roughly.
