Day 21, Fiance's birthday! But parents left from their visit
OK, breakfast at Waffle House...damn good waffles. I split one with dad and then ate the fiesta omlet with most of the toast, and hash browns. When we got home I made egg drop...not too bad. Then Chinese for supper..I still have no idea of the damage...although I can tell my body bloated water wise and food wise....haven't taken a good load off for over a day, and that's a lot of food I have eaten between then and now...
So, tomorrow I need to start the week to undo the damage that I did this weekend with all the calories......
