  • Day 12

    Booo no workout again. I tried to get my fiance to workout, rather we took my folks out for supper. It was nice though, and I had about 1000 calories left before I hit 2000 so I "should" be safe...never know what they put in restaurant food.

    *sigh*
  • Day 13,

    Guess what, NO workout! Went wedding dress shopping, what an exhausting day!

    I didn't have a precise calorie count, but I think 1725 is a safe number as I think I overestimated my supper. Sooooo...not all is lost.
  • Day 14

    Finally got a workout in! Kenpo and Abs -430!

    So ate about a total of 865...well I ate a big supper and I am full now..didn't eat much throughout the day, surprisingly.
  • Day 15,

    No workout althought I did get some well needed sleep...only 6 more working days after tonight of mids!!!!! I can't wait!

    Calorie total was 1500, I guessed a little at supper, but pretty sure I overestimated.

    No workout, go figure! I probably won't get another one till next week. Total calories 1600..blah.
  • Day 17

    ate 1730 calories...no workout! Man I am sick of midnights!
  • Day 18

    Well got a run in! I burned 400 calories. Although we went out to eat, and then my Fiance and I went out for drinks....

    So alas it for sure cancelled out my workout, but at least I got some physical activity in!

    I weighed 150 exactly this morning!!!

    We will see if it lasts as if we go out of town the next two days I will be eating out more

    I got outvoted again and we went out to eat in the morning. I shared a meal with mom. Then went to my fiance's folks and she made awesome delish Mexican food...and then I had Tres Leches cake.....soo good and SO evil!

    Went out of town. Prime Rib for supper...then got drunk and had amazingly delish nacho green chili fries! Fabulous! But sooooo fattening! On the plus side we won 80 bucks at the casino! haha
  • Day 21, Fiance's birthday! But parents left from their visit

    OK, breakfast at Waffle House...damn good waffles. I split one with dad and then ate the fiesta omlet with most of the toast, and hash browns. When we got home I made egg drop...not too bad. Then Chinese for supper..I still have no idea of the damage...although I can tell my body bloated water wise and food wise....haven't taken a good load off for over a day, and that's a lot of food I have eaten between then and now...

    So, tomorrow I need to start the week to undo the damage that I did this weekend with all the calories......

    Well it was a year ago today we started the first round of P90x......

    Today I did not get a workout. Thought we were going to work out when he got home, but we ended up running errands instead.

    I ate 1380 calories.
  • Day 23

    Chest and back, abripper -330

    ate up to 1220 calories.

    half assed the pushups. I think I injured my shoulder the other day and it started to bother a lot trying to do pushups. I added a few cardio spurts in it's stead.
  • Day 24

    Just went for a hike today. About -250.

    1400 calories total.
  • Day 25

    Well no workout again imagine that! Done with Mid shift yay!

    Not sure what I ate after we went off roading, had a few drinks too...Not real bad but probably enough to get to 2000.
  • Day 26

    Now workout...so much for exercise! I told my fiance that we better be working out Monday....for reals! Although going from night shift to day shift increases my physical activity alone just by standing, and walking back and forth a lot more. Plus when I got home I helped him clean the garage and did some housework. So it wasn't a lethargic day by any means, but unfortunately I really can't even begin to estimate the extra calories burned.


    So by the end of the day I had 1700 calories.
