I just make myself do it 5 days a week. Wanting to or not, that's irrelevant. It is a part of my schedule that I must do, like going to work.
Do you have time not in the morning? I HATE morning workouts and perform way worse than in afternoon/evening, so of course I'm less interested in morning exercise because I know it will suck.

^^ this up there...and like others said, to me, it's non-negotiable, it's not optional...it's just part of what i do like going to work, paying the bills, etc...AND i view it as MY time, where i do something only for myself even if i have to get up at 530 a.m. this summer to do that...
