I need new shoes desperately before I start seriously training. I have been getting a few pretty sore spots that haven't really gone away, and I'm fairly certain it's my shoes. They are indeed running shoes, but they are like 3 and a half years old at least, and they have been my everyday shoes as well as my sporadic running shoes over those years. They are shot to heck! I know how important shoes are, so I will be getting some within the next week.
