I made the mistake of going outside and breathing. :dizzy: Since there's a fine layer of green pollen over everything my allergies have gone nuts. This happens every year about this time. I'll be back when I stop breathing like a fish out of water.

I've been good about exercising at least 30 mins everyday this week.Right now I 'm trying to clean alittle and play online a little with some exercise thrown in.Maybe I'll get rid of some of the clutter

I wish we had more of the 'Body' TMs at our gym Melissa, I'd love to mix it up more! I'm making yet another effort at starting my jogging career tomorrow, hoping this challenge will help me to keep on track this time!!!!
