Melissa Yes, our gym has been mixing it up too, I'm mega excited to start this release from the beginning, bring it on! Our instructor is quite impressed with it, she says the squat track is shorter than normal, the back track is a killer, and the abs is quite different from normal, BRING IT ON!!! |
According to myfitnesspal, I've done 624 mins or 12.1 hours so far this month!
This is only cardio though. I don't ever time weights and stuff since I don't wear my heart rate monitor... I need to start doing that next month! |
