Slim - sorry you are feeling you need/want to bow out. Remember you can always jump back in when you are back to where you want to be mentally for getting in the workouts! It's just 20/21 hours a month.

Sorry I haven't been updating. 3FC has been working wonky for me and exercise has been coming at the tail end of the day.

I rediscovered my workout videos and doing them made me feel so much stronger as I haven't done them in 3/4 of a year and I have realllllllly gotten so much more fit and stronger since then. It's kind of amazing!

Last night I did the Reebok Step video. Last time I did it in June I used no risers and did no propulsion. Now I had two risers and did all the propulsions!

Realized my resting heart rate is now 55 too!

Well... I'm planning on going for an hour's walk today which'll put me at 13 hours. I think I'm also going to bow out of this. 20 hours a month just isn't realistic for me atm never mind 250 hours in a year! But good luck to you all

I managed 1200 in Jan, managed 1090 in Feb

Total so far 2290

By the end of March I want to be on track and and a quarter of the way through, which means getting to 3750.

So my March target is 1460, around 6 hours a week, eeeekkkkk! If I put my mind to it, I CAN DO IT!

Love having this challenge here to keep me accountable.

Keep up the great work everyone
